We're looking for talented individuals who want to make a difference in Nepal's insurance sector
We're looking for a senior developer with 4+ years experience in React, Node.js, and REST APIs. You'll lead development of HamroBeema's core platform and mobile-responsive interfaces.
Design beautiful, user-friendly insurance comparison and purchase flows. Experience with Figma required. Must understand mobile-first design for Nepal's growing smartphone user base.
Manage relationships with insurance company partners, onboard new insurers, and oversee product catalog. Requires 3+ years in Nepal's insurance industry or financial services.
Lead digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns. Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads for Nepali market required.
Drive insurance sales in provincial markets. Support customers through policy purchase, explain insurance products clearly in Nepali, and build local partnerships.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in both Nepali and English. Assist with policy queries, claim filing, and renewal support. Training provided.
6-month paid internship for final-year IT/CS students. Work on real production features, learn insurance technology, and get mentored by experienced engineers.
